Integral Context user guides
How to use the admin screens, written for the people using them — no code, no internals.
- Admin Access
How to give someone admin access, decide what they can do with it, and understand what it costs.
- Enterprise Single Sign-On — Integration Guide for Client IT Teams
Integral Context (IC) lets your employees sign in with the identity provider (IdP) you already run — OneLogin, JumpCloud, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or any other provider that speaks OpenID Connect (OIDC). Your people click an "Integral Context" tile in your portal (or Sign in with SSO on our page), authenticate with you, and land in IC signed in. IC never sees or stores their password.
- Guide — Expert Profile
Everything that happens between someone finding your site and their guide profile going live — in three guides. Start with the one that matches what you are doing:
- Guide Approval
What happens between a guide finishing their profile and visitors booking them: your review, the switches that decide who can see the profile, and the other way round — a guide you create yourself and hand over by email.
- Join a Site
How people get into your site as learners or guides, what you can require of them on the way in, and how you let some of them in yourself.
- Phone Verification
The phone number a site will call for a session and text for reminders: how a member adds and verifies one, how they pick which number a site uses, when a number needs approval, and which countries you allow.
- Sessions
- Session Surveys and Checklists
How to ask the person booking your session a few questions, and how they answer.
- Session Surveys and Checklists

- Network Settings
- Clone Sites
How to create several sites at once from one spreadsheet: pick a site to copy, fill in a name and web address per row, upload, done. Each new site starts as a copy of the template — its pages, menus and settings — with the name, address, logo and network data you gave it.
- Rapid Launch
A Rapid Launch builds a whole group of sites at once from one spreadsheet, each copy filled in with its own headlines, links and images. Those per-copy spots are site variables, which have a guide of their own — mark them on the source sites first. Launches are run by network owners — and a launch also needs permission to spend on the plan that pays for the network — so Part 1 starts there: who an owner is, how an admin becomes one, and why the two management tabs don't always arrive together.
- Clone Sites
- Organization Profiles
Everything an admin does with the organization profiles on a site — the records behind the public organization pages on sidetime.com/organizations/‹slug› — in four guides. Start with the one that matches what you are doing:
- Organization Profile Admins
How to keep an organization's public page up to date, and how to hand that job to someone at the organization without giving them the rest of your site.
- Organization Profile Fundraiser Integration
How organization profiles take part in fundraisers: the switches on each profile, adding profiles to one of the site's fundraisers, opening an organization's fundraiser admin, and the Mini Fundraiser block on the organization template.
- Organization Profile Settings
How to decide what an organization profile contains and lay out the page visitors see.
- Organization Profile Surveys
Put a survey on every organization's profile page, see which organization each answer came from, and — for admins invited to manage organization profiles — read your organizations' answers. Building the survey itself is in Survey.
- Organization Profile Admins
- Page Designer
The Page Designer is where a site's pages are built: pick blocks, fill in their text, links and images, set their colours and backgrounds, and save. This guide is the map; each part of the designer that needs more than a paragraph has a guide of its own, listed below.
- Font Sizes
How to give one block on a page its own font sizes, for desktop and mobile, and get that change in front of visitors without saving the rest of the page.
- Site Variables
A variable marks the parts of a page that change from one site to the next — the headline, the donate link, the hero image — so they can be filled in for you instead of edited by hand, and copied between sites without a launch.
- Store Credits
How to sell digital products on a site's pages and let members pay for them with store credits: set up the products and the inventory, add a Buy Credits block so members can top up, and a Store block so they can shop.
- Font Sizes
- Piggybackr Fundraiser Service
Fundraisers run on Piggybackr, a separate product. This guide covers the site-level setup a site admin does once: turning the service on, connecting your own Piggybackr account, and reading the Fundraisers page. What you then do *per organization profile* — the fundraiser switches, adding profiles to a fundraiser, opening an organization's fundraiser admin, the Mini Fundraiser block on the organization template — is in the Organization profile fundraiser integration guide.
- Platforms and Organizations
A platform is the top level: its own admin address, its own plans, and the organizations that sign up to it. An organization is a customer on a platform — it subscribes to a plan and pays for the sites, networks and admins it creates. The two guides in this section follow that split: what the platform side sets up, and what the organization side sees.
- Organization Subscription
Signing up, choosing a plan, what it costs to grow beyond it, and how to change or end a subscription.
- Platform Setup
How a platform comes to exist and what its admins decide: the one-time billing setup, creating the platform, and the packages and promo codes organizations can buy.
- Organization Subscription
- Sign-in Security
- Login Attempt Lockout
After a few wrong passwords, sign-in to a member or guide account pauses for a while; after more, it stays closed until the password is reset. This stops someone who knows your email from guessing their way in.
- Two-factor Authentication
Two-factor authentication adds a second step to signing in: after the password, a 6-digit code from an authenticator app on your phone. The code changes every 30 seconds and only your phone can produce it, so a stolen password alone is not enough to get in. User accounts and admin accounts each have their own guide, listed below.
- Admin Accounts
How to add a second step to your own admin sign-in on admin.sidetime.com, what changes once it is on, and what to do when you lose your phone. Setting two-factor for your site's users is in User accounts — Part 6.
- User Accounts
How to add a second step to your sign-in, what to expect once it is on, and what each site's two-factor setting means for you. Part 6 is for site admins; two-factor on your own admin account is in Admin accounts.

- Login Attempt Lockout
- Survey Service
- Response Tags
Group survey answers with response tags, so a report says "8 promoters" instead of "5 people said Excellent and 8 said Yes". Building surveys and reading their answers is in Survey.
- Survey
Build a survey, publish it on your pages, decide when it is open, read the answers, and retire it when you are done. Grouping the answers with response tags is in Response Tags; surveys on organization profile pages are in Organization Profile Surveys.
- Response Tags
- User Credits
How to see every member's credit balance on a site, give members credit to spend with a guide, add to credit they already have, and take it back.
- Gift Cards
How gift cards work on a site: turning them on, what guides choose, how a visitor buys one, how the person who receives it redeems it and spends it on a session, and where admins see the balances.
- Gift Cards
- Users & Guides Management
- Guide Statistics
Two pages that add up, per person, how many hours your guides have delivered and have booked, and how much each user has spent in credits, dollars and hours — for any date range, with a CSV export.
- User Statistics
How to see, for a period, what your members booked, used, bought and spent — on one site or across a whole network — and export it.
- Users & Guides Lists
Approve or reject several guides at once, keep guides out of the Users list unless you want them there, and organise guides into groups.
